First Week At Purdue Northwest

    All that I can say is wow, my first week at Purdue was great! It was a pleasure to explore this campus and all of its different sections of buildings that were dedicated to subjects. Coming straight from high school to college gave me culture shock, I would have never guest that college was so much different from high school. I feel treated and respected as an adult, and my peers around me want to achieve the education that they are seeking and pursuing their own career helps me focus on what I need to do to achieve my career. I wasn't sure at first if I would fit in with the profession of going to college, but it feels that I have made myself a new place that I can call home. Everyone is so kind and ecstatic to participate and be part of this campus, that my nervousness of fitting in vanished as soon as I met those around me that had the same love and passion for this school as I do. I can't wait to see where my education at Purdue will take me, and hopefully I can get to know a lot more people along the way.
